Digital Archiving and Preservation Policy

The International Journal For Research In Business, Management And Accounting (IJRBMA), published by Green Publications Services Private Limited, is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, integrity, and accessibility of its published scholarly content.

To support this commitment, the journal utilizes the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), a distributed digital preservation service developed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) for journals operating on the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. Through PKP PN, all published articles and associated metadata are securely archived to ensure permanent and reliable access.

The PKP Preservation Network stores journal content across multiple independent and geographically distributed preservation nodes. This distributed archiving model protects the scholarly record against data loss, technical failures, cyber risks, website disruptions, or potential journal discontinuation. It ensures durability, reliability, and uninterrupted long-term access to published research.

Key features of the archiving system include:

  • Long-term digital preservation of all published articles

  • Secure and distributed storage across multiple preservation nodes

  • Protection against data loss, system failures, and platform changes

  • Continued accessibility of content even if the journal website becomes unavailable

This preservation policy reflects IJRBMA’s commitment to internationally recognized best practices in scholarly publishing and research integrity.

Plagiarism Policy

IJRBMA adopts a rigorous anti-plagiarism policy and is dedicated to upholding the highest principles of scholarly integrity.

Plagiarism in any form—including direct copying, improper paraphrasing, self-plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, or the use of materials without proper citation—is considered unethical and unacceptable. All submitted manuscripts undergo similarity screening using plagiarism detection tools before and during the peer-review process.

Authors are solely responsible for ensuring that their submissions are original and that all sources—including previously published work, data, figures, and ideas—are properly cited and acknowledged. Any use of third-party material must comply with applicable copyright and licensing requirements.

Manuscripts found to contain significant plagiarism or unacceptable similarity levels may be rejected without further review. If plagiarism is detected after publication, the journal reserves the right to take corrective action, which may include issuing a correction, publishing an expression of concern, or retracting the article, depending on the severity of the case.

IJRBMA adheres to internationally recognized ethical publishing standards and encourages authors to follow best practices in academic writing and research transparency.

Open Access Policy

All articles published in IJRBMA are freely and permanently accessible online under the journal’s stated open access licensing terms. Authors retain copyright of their work while granting the publisher a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute the article.

Articles are published without embargo and are assigned Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) to ensure permanent citation and discoverability. All published content is preserved through secure digital archiving systems to guarantee long-term access.

In line with recognized ethical publishing standards, the journal maintains transparency regarding access rights, copyright ownership, and licensing terms. Complete licensing information is clearly stated on the journal website. More about Open Access Policy....

Peer Review Policy

All manuscripts submitted to IJRBMA undergo an initial editorial assessment to evaluate scope alignment, originality, formatting compliance, and ethical standards. Manuscripts meeting these requirements proceed to a double-blind peer review process conducted by independent experts with relevant academic and subject-area expertise.

Reviewers assess submissions based on originality, theoretical contribution, methodological rigor, data validity, clarity of presentation, and relevance to business, management, and accounting disciplines. Based on reviewer recommendations, the editorial team makes the final decision—acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection.

The journal follows ethical peer review practices consistent with internationally recognized standards, ensuring fairness, confidentiality, transparency, and impartiality throughout the evaluation process. Read More...
